CrewSheet is the fastest way to build your daily crew schedule and text it to the field — purpose-built for construction trades like coatings and HVAC, where the jobsite changes but the crews don't.

What CrewSheet does

CrewSheet replaces the spreadsheet-plus-SMS routine with one simple screen. You drag crew onto jobs for the day, then hit send. Your field workers get a text (or email) with where to be and when — no app, no login, nothing for them to install.

• Day-board scheduling — see every job for the day side by side and assign crew by dragging.
• Crew dispatch — send job details by SMS or email in about 30 seconds.
• PTO-aware — anyone off that day is grayed out so you don't schedule them by mistake.
• Announcements — broadcast a last-minute change to some or all of your crew.

How you'll work

Communication is one-way: you tell the crew, they show up. There's no confirming or replying to chase down.

1. Add your jobs and crew (type them in or import a CSV).
2. Open the schedule board and drag crew onto each job.
3. Hit Send Schedule to text everyone their assignment.
